Business Continuity Planning
Our experienced team will sit down with the management and staff of the small, medium and large businesses to create a logistical plan for how the business will recover and restore if partially or completely interrupted by a disaster or extended disruption (fire, tornado, flood, hurricane, power outage, pandemic illnesses, earthquakes).

Grantwriting and Research
Our staff works with the local municipalities, non-profit organizations and public/private schools to capture their priorities which will enable us to research grants that will improve a city, town, village, school or organization. We perform the grantwriting and research. We also administer and manage the grant.
Hurricane Awareness and Preparedness
Members of our staff work with the Mayors of the cities, towns and villages to educate their communities on hurricane awareness and preparedness. We coordinate hurricane awareness and preparedness seminars, training sessions and fairs.
We work hand and hand with State Representative and State Senators to educate the residents in their districts on preparedness. We assist with creatin an individual disaster plan and give you tips on what to put into your and your children's disaster kit.
Project Management
Our staff works with local municipalities, businesses and non-profit organizations to plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project. We plan and monitor tasks and resources.
